TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) We kindly ask our member user to please understand that technologies downtime do occur although we expect to be on a system that is to be on at all times as continuous as possible. We will always put our best efforts to have our providers fix any unexpected situations finding the most expedite solutions to troubleshooting problems.
b) Our reservation system is not imitation of others, but rather a unique service that intends to find a safer, most comfortable and satisfactory private ride service that will get you as close as possible to the requested destination (traffic, roads and weather conditions permitting).
c) We believe in originality, a reason why we've made sure that our  website, webpages and any Apps pertaining to our services are legitimate and that they originate  from trustworthy  and well stablished websites developers sources  or entities who in turn provide us with guaranteed professional web design and hosting services.  Â
d) LLAOS Safer-Rideshare reserves the rights to disable any or all  service account to violators ( Users riders or driver) showing disorderly  behavior or violation of the law.  Â
e) LLAOS Safer Rideshare reserve rights to suspend account and services to anyone showing, hate speech, bullying, actions or  discriminatory language in dismay of race ,sexual orientation, or doing any promotions of  spam, or cyberattack to our pages.Â
f) By clicking on I agree at the end of these terms and conditions all applicants users, riders and vehicle drivers, authorize LLAO's Safer-rideshare to perform an encrypted technological verification of the validity of your documentations ,credit/debit card or bank accountÂ
g) By clicking I agree at the end of these terms and condition the applicant ( you) the rideshare users, or the vehicle driver applicant affirms or certifies that all the information entered on the application form(s) is true and correct to best of your knowledge.
h) LLAO’s Safer-rideshare reserves the right to cancel service account and services to ride users and/or drivers found in breach of these terms and agreements. Member Users (riders) or drivers who fail to comply with payments, as per this agreement (thru the use of a valid credit/debit card or bank account) will be excluded from ride services of our websites until the payment or other issue of the account is resolved. Drivers who fail to obey and comply with rules and requirement, as per this agreement, will have their membership suspended or totally cancelled accordingly. Safer-rideshare members drivers ,as well as, user riders must be aware that the member drivers of Safer-rideshare are independent contractors who provide the ride service to users who book the services thru us at Safer-rideshare.com Â
DRIVERS REQUIREMENTS
Applicant drivers must:Â
A) Be 21 years of age or older,
B) Be a citizen of The United States of America. Have a permanent resident visa, or other legal alien status with working permit ( applies to drivers looking to accept rides within the USA)Â
C)Have a valid driver's license issued by the sate authorities where rideshare pick up service is to take place for our contacts or ride users. ( Drivers are required to upload a photograph of their driver's LicenseÂ
D) Pass a license record evaluation, as well as criminal records investigation,
E) Drivers are hereby made aware and understand that the safer-rideshare.com platform makes ride offers based on demand and availability, sends them (the ride offers) to all drivers and then assigns each ride offer to the "first driver that accepts the ride" based on location proximity of the driver to the pick up address of the ride requester.
F) Drivers must upload a clear personal photograph of themselves periodically as per our platform requirement, (size 2"x2"). This driver's photo will be sent to each specific rider(s) prior to being picked up by served by the driver that has accepted the ride offer to serve the rider(s).
G)The driver applicants must click on I Agree at the end of these Terms and Conditions to be considered to qualify as valid user of our website . Note: by clicking on I agree you accept ( the driver and/ or rider) grant authorization to LLAO's Safer-rideshare to conduct all necessary investigations regarding your License records, as well as criminal records (this rule applies to drivers as stated on the driver's requirement section below).
H) Carry and show proof of adequate vehicle insurance policy coverage while the vehicle driver is "Logged on with no passenger in car",  (NJ MVC requires Personal Injury Protection ( PIP) of 50,00 for bodily injury or death per person ( N.J39:5H-10a), 100,000 for bodily injury or death per accident ( N.J.S.A.39:5H-10a) and 25,000 for property damage (N.J.S.A. 39:5H-10a).
I) When the vehicle driver is "Logged on" status, with passenger in car ( once a ride is accepted and a passenger is in the vehicle, the requirement of rideshare full coverage gap insurance as follows:
1) 1.5 million in liability coverage for bodily injury, death and property damage (N.J.S.A.39:5H-10b. Â
2) 1.5 million in uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage ( N.J.S.A. 39:5H-10b).Â
3) 10,000 for personal injury protection (PIP) per person per accident ( if the driver's personal policy does not include PIP( N.J.S.A. 39 :5H-10b).Â
We at LLAO's Safer-rideshare LLC require drivers to comply with these state requirement of insurance ( New Jersey or other state where you provide the rideshare service ). It is the driver's responsibility to acquire this type of insurance policy as Safer-rideshare does not offer this service at the moment. Nevertheless; we, Safer Rideshare LLC are in the process of contacting potential candidate companies willing to write this type of group or umbrella gap insurance for our TNC enterprise, as required by the NJ State MVC or other state of or local authorities where the drivers provides the rideshare service. Safer-rideshare.com requires drivers (the vehicle owner) to show proof of valid insurance policy. Drivers are also required to show proof of valid vehicle inspection as required by their state laws or local authorities regulations. It is the driver's responsibility to maintain the vehicle neatly clean and in safe, optimal driving conditions as to provide a safe and healthy environment to the ride users.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENT
Note: a) All vehicle owner and drivers are responsible to show that their vehicles are  registered by the NJ SMVC or the state authorities where the pick up for ride share service is going to be initiated and thatÂ
b) The driver must carry a valid automobile insurance policy as legally required for the local authorities where the service  originate ( pick up location) , this must be demonstrated at the time before the driver can start receiving and picking up our rideshare offers.  It is our mayor concern to protect the public and service users' physical integrity. That is why,  all drivers are required  periodically  show to LLAO's Safer-Rideshare that the vehicle's  insurance policy  is active and up to date. Â
c) The Vehicle must be a four doors and not older than 15 yearsÂ
d) Drivers/owners  are also held  responsible to  keep vehicles in  excellent running  conditions, observing interior cleanliness and body neatness,  so as to render a secured, healthy and comfortable environment in the vehicle in order to accommodate the ride to our members users.Â
e) Vehicles must have attached a valid state or local authorities sticker or certificate of inspection
f) Drivers must show proof of vehicle maintenance every 5,000 miles.
DRIVER COMISSION TO LLAO'S SAFER-REIDESHAREÂ ( Special offer for first comers)Â
Next 100 drivers agree to pay LLAO'S Safer- rideshares a commission fee of only 25% per net ride fare for use of our website and services ( that means you ,the driver, will receive 75% of what the client pays for the ride . Note: This offer only available ( Sept. 30th 2025 until December. 31frst, 2025) valid only for first subscribed drivers during the seasonal promotional opportunity for New Jersey drivers in our pilot project for promotions, ( all drivers, including those who take advantage of the promotional season, will pay us a regular commission fee of 30% for the use of platform and services). Important notice: We encourage vehicle drivers who would like to join us from other states around North America , SIGN UP NOW AND MAKE MORE MONEY PER RIDE! Sign up now! to be eligible for this special offer when we launch our service in your state! The money you'll make depends on your action now!Â

Return and Refund Policy and cancellation fees
REFUND POLICY
- All completed rides are non-refundable
CANCELLATION FEES
- A cancellation fee of $3.00 will be due when a minimum charge ride request is cancelled after agreed pick up time has elapsed.
- Overnight or longer anticipation reservations for rides to airports or out of town travel will be exempt from cancellation fees if cancelled at least one hour prior to the agreed pickup time and date. A cancellation fee equivalent to a minimum charge ($8.00) will be due by the requesting rider who does not comply with the 1 hour rule of this agreement.
